CEO and founder of Amber Advisory. Former advisor to the President of Latvia, Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. More than 17 years of experience in management consulting and lobbying projects for clients in various industries, as well as in reputation-building projects and party election campaigns. Armands is a member of the business organization - the Latvian Council of Foreign Investors (FICIL) and Chairman of the Latvian Climate Neutrality Cluster.

He has extensive experience in the national news agency LETA and the leading real estate company Latio, as well as numerous communication projects in various fields. He has managed lobby and communication projects in various sectors, including health and transport.

Extensive experience in marketing project management in international companies, such as Douglas Latvia, Douglas Estonia, Grenardi Group, strategic planning and execution of ATL and BTL activities, marketing strategy development and implementation, rebranding processes, digital marketing, events organization.

Head of Marketing. With over 12 years of experience in sales management and product development, Kristine has proven herself as an outstanding leader and strategist. Under her leadership, the sales departments of companies such as Httpool Latvia, adQuota and Santa Magazine have achieved remarkable results, including 25% annual sales growth, successful new product launches, and process optimization. Kristine specializes in strategic planning, innovation management and facilitating effective collaboration with industry players to ensure long-term growth and competitiveness.

Research Development Lead. Doctor of Economics with extensive experience in the academic sector and scientific research. More than 10 years of experience in business unit management, strategy development, risk management, scientific research, start-up mentoring.

Consultant on lobbying projects. Former senior official at the Ministry of Economy, Minister of Transport and Member of the Saeima, member of the Board of Rigas Satiksme. Currently works as a consultant on business development and government relations in the field of sector policy and EU funds.

Public Relations and Communications Project Manager. 15+ years of experience in public relations and communication project management, gained working in leading communication agencies. Work experience in public institutions. Experience in strategic and tactical consulting for international and Latvian business clients. Extensive experience in media relations, planning and implementation of events and communication campaigns.

Marketing Project Manager. Master's degree in Marketing and Business Analysis (University of Edinburgh). Medical student. Experience in corporate marketing management. Created and managed marketing campaigns for various brands.

PR project consultant. 20 years of experience in media and public relations, including journalism (reporter, columnist and editor), implementation of communication projects in business and NGO sectors, as well as political communication.

Economist, energy engineer, mechanical engineer and business development consultant who has carried out calculations for various businesses (hotels, poultry farming, peat extraction and other industries), including calculations of ecological footprints or emissions balances. He analyses the energy intensity of production processes, is a cogeneration specialist and provides business justification for capital-intensive projects.
